Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Amar’e Stoudemire Foundation. Volunteers are essential to our mission of serving our community through food distribution, youth programs, educational initiatives, and community outreach.

To help ensure a safe environment for our volunteers, participants, and community members, all volunteers must complete this registration before participating.

Photo & Media Release

I authorize ASF and its affiliates to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my likeness during volunteer activities. These images may be used for:

Background Screening Authorization

I authorize the Amar’e Stoudemire Foundation to conduct reasonable screening necessary to determine my eligibility to volunteer.

This may include publicly available records and registry searches where permitted by law, such as verification of publicly accessible court records and abuse registries when relevant to the volunteer role.

I understand that certain volunteer positions, especially those involving children, vulnerable adults, or deliveries, may require additional screening before I may participate.
